Excellent location near main tourist attractions, train/bus stations, and the city center, comfortable air-conditioned rooms with shared bathrooms, and friendly staff.

The location was wonderful and incredible for exploring this nice area, really close to Firenze, tourist spots and the city center with a 5 minute walk to the main train station and therefore tram which drives directly to the airport. Places like a spandrel arch bridge were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from from here too. We liked to spend 4 days in double room.

Single room with shared bathroom was the best. There were fridges and glassware too. The staff were efficient and superbly friendly in the whole hotel.

The noise from the busy street and nearby market stalls was unbearable and kept us up throughout the night. the lack of soundproofing in the room and bathroom made it very difficult to sleep.

The location is perfect, near attractions and transportation. The host, Veronica, is kind and accommodating. The single room is cozy with a vintage feel. There are two bathrooms and a kitchenette available for use. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The hosts, Nycolas and Veronica, are welcoming and helpful.

The room at Residenza Martin had a cozy Florentine-style decor and a private bathroom, making me feel like I was truly immersed in the city's atmosphere.

Personally, I felt that the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom were not of the highest quality, but others might still find them perfectly adequate.
